MIRAI Co., Ltd. participated in a Japanese delegation visiting Wales, UK, to explore opportunities in the agri-food, agri-tech and controlled environment agriculture sectors.
During the visit, we had the opportunity to explore the potential for vertical farming business in Wales, learn about agricultural and plant research conducted by local universities, and exchange views with government, academic and industry representatives on future challenges surrounding food production and food security.
MIRAI will continue to explore opportunities for sustainable food production by applying our experience in vertical farm design, cultivation and operation, while developing collaboration with companies and research institutions around the world.
