MIRAI Accelerates Overseas Expansion in Plant Factory Business
Signs MOUs with Four Companies Across Three Asian Countries
February 2026
MIRAI Co., Ltd
MIRAI Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture, Japan; hereinafter “MIRAI”) has signed Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with four companies across three Asian countries — Mongolia, Tajikistan, and the Philippines — between December 2025 and February 2026. These partnerships aim to introduce and operate fully artificial-light plant factory cultivation systems, along with providing operational and cultivation support.
Previously, MIRAI has delivered plant factory projects in five countries (seven companies, nine sites). In 2026, we are further accelerating our global expansion.
